On March 24th, the Avita 11 single motor version was officially launched, with two versions priced at 319,900 and 349,900 yuan respectively. Compared with the previously launched dual motor version, the new single motor version uses a rear motor drive, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 6 seconds, and a pure electric range of 600km and 705km, an improvement in range capability.
In addition to the motor, the Avita 11 single-motor version has removed the electric doors and the active lifting spoiler at the rear, while retaining the same configuration as the current model. It still carries Huawei’s full-stack intelligent automotive solution as its standard intelligent driving feature.
For the launch of the single-motor version, Avita Technology has launched a generous car purchase benefit package:
Before April 24th, customers who place orders can enjoy a lifetime vehicle and three-electricity quality assurance, a 10,000 yuan full payment deduction, an 8,000 yuan cabin comfort upgrade, a 6,000 yuan insurance subsidy, a 5,000 yuan deposit that can be offset against the car price, and an exclusive intelligent home charging pile, among other limited-time benefits.
On March 19th, the Avita 11 single-motor version made its debut as a lead car at the Chongqing Marathon, completing the entire 42-kilometer marathon with NCA in the urban area.
The official launch of the single-motor version is a valuable addition to the Avita 11 product lineup, and its future market performance will bring us even more anticipation.

The strongest combination on the ground, born with a golden key, rich second-generation.
Those familiar with the Avita brand should know that there is no more prestigious brand in the automotive industry than this one.
High-end new energy brands like Lantu, Zhiji, and Jike are the “darlings” created by automotive giants Dongfeng, SAIC, and Geely, respectively. While they are luxurious, their backgrounds are relatively simple.
Avita is backed by three giants in China’s automotive industry chain: Changan Automobile, CATL, and Huawei, covering the most critical aspects of new energy vehicles such as the entire vehicle, power batteries, motor control, intelligent driving, and intelligent cockpit systems.
In November 2020, Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL formed an alliance and announced the joint creation of a new high-end new energy vehicle brand, C (Changan Automobile), H (Huawei), and N (CATL).
Changan is responsible for its best whole-vehicle manufacturing system integration, CATL is responsible for power battery supply and related technologies, and Huawei mainly provides intelligent technology.
Any of these three companies could be considered heavyweight players in the industry.
Huawei’s Executive Director and CEO of the Consumer BG, Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU, Yu Chengdong, once publicly stated, “If necessary, Huawei will provide Avita with full support, and put all of Huawei’s continuously enhanced intelligent cockpit capabilities on Avita.”
If Huawei is deeply empowered by the industry and looks to the automotive industry for growth points in revenue bottlenecks, Avita is the best opportunity for Huawei to further expand its presence in the automotive industry. By successfully creating a high-end new energy brand like Avita and achieving deeper cooperation and binding with Changan, Huawei can collaborate more deeply with more major domestic companies.
Any automotive brand that can casually connect with two of these three companies and leverage their high-quality resources in the industry is already a rich second-generation, while Avita has all three, making it the strongest combination on the ground.
In the capital market, in August 2022, Avita completed its A-round financing with a post-investment valuation of nearly 10 billion yuan. The product has not yet been launched or delivered, but its valuation is already nearly 10 billion yuan, fully demonstrating the market’s recognition and expectations of the company.

The dual-motor version leads the way, and its market performance is impressive.
In November 2021, Avita’s first product, the 11, made its debut. The new car features a bold and futuristic design, full of advanced technology, with a wheelbase of 2975mm and positioned as a medium-to-large-sized high-end pure electric intelligent coupe SUV.
On August 8, 2022, the Avita 11 was officially launched, with all models being equipped with dual motors and four-wheel drive, and priced between 349,900 to 4,099,000 yuan.
As the first emotionally intelligent electric coupe SUV based on the CHN platform, it has three main features: new architecture, strong computing power, and high-voltage charging.
Firstly, it comes from the leading intelligent electric vehicle technology platform, CHN. The power battery uses Ningde Times’ advanced CTP efficient grouping technology of ternary lithium-ion, which is derived from the Kirin battery. The battery capacity is 90kWh, and the CLTC range is 555 km.
In terms of battery replenishment, the entire system adopts a 750V high-voltage platform, using the Huawei AI flash charging high-voltage platform, which is characterized by fast charging. The maximum charging power can reach 240 kW, and the official said that it can charge from 30% to 80% in 15 minutes, which is 50% faster than the existing 30-minute fast charging on the market. The long-range version can even be charged in 10 minutes, adding 200 km of range, allowing for efficient and convenient replenishment of power.
The motor is equipped with Huawei DriveONE’s three-in-one electric drive system, with a front motor power of 195 kW and a rear motor power of 230 kW. The maximum power can reach 425 kW, and the maximum torque can reach 650N·m, allowing for acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.98 seconds.
At the end of December 2022, Avita 11 officially began mass delivery.
In January 2023, the first full month after the delivery of the Avita 11, its sales reached 1,415 vehicles. In February, it continued to climb, breaking through 2,000 vehicles to reach 2,018 vehicles.
While sales continued to rise, the Avita 11 also ranked third in the new energy pure electric SUV sales of over 300,000 yuan, with only the Tesla Model Y and the Nio ES6 ahead.
As of March 2, the cumulative deliveries of the Avita 11 have exceeded 4,000 vehicles. In addition, in terms of insurance data for SUVs priced over 300,000 yuan in the first two weeks of March, the Avita 11 far surpassed popular players in the market such as Nio ES6 and Zhiji LS7, ranking first.
As a newcomer, compared with the already launched Xiaopeng G9 and Nio ES6, the Avita 11’s achievements in such a short period of time are commendable.

With the help of Single Motor Version, how far is Avita from selling 100,000 units per year?
On January 15th, Avita Technologies announced that it will launch a rear-wheel-drive version of its first vehicle, the Avita 11, in 2023, and release a second product, a new mid-size sedan (code-named E12), aiming to hit a target of 100,000 orders for the year. While the target is for orders and not deliveries, it is believed to be an internal consensus at Avita.
The mid-size sedan is expected to be released in the second half of the year, but the pressure to reach the 100,000 sales target is more focused on the Avita 11. In the market for pure electric SUVs priced at over 300,000 yuan, how challenging is the goal of selling 100,000 units?
Looking back over the past year, among the new energy SUVs priced at around 300,000 yuan, the best performers were Tesla Model Y, BYD Tang, Jiexun 001, WM Motor’s W6, Ideal One, and NIO ES6. Among them, we can use Jiexun 001, WM Motor’s W6, and NIO ES6 as references. NIO ES6 is the closest in terms of background and product positioning to the Avita 11, as both are mid-size pure electric SUVs with dual-motor four-wheel drive and a guide price of 386,000 to 554,000 yuan, which are very similar parameters. The ES6 sold 37,176 units in the past year.
However, the Avita 11’s newly added single-motor version enriches its product matrix and lowers the threshold for consumers to buy, making it more comprehensive. WM Motor’s W6, which has been empowered by Huawei, sold 60,009 units, while Jiexun 001, which has both single-motor and dual-motor versions, sold 73,450 units in its first full year. Of course, the prices of the W6 and 001 are lower than that of the Avita 11, so if we look at the price aspect, we can predict that the Avita 11’s future performance will be better than that of the NIO ES6 and par with the WM Motor’s W6.
Aside from the price factor, the Avita 11’s biggest advantage is its intelligent driving assistance system, which is standard across the board. The high-end assisted driving calculation platform provided by Huawei, called AVATRANS Intelligent Navigation System, has 34 intelligent sensors, including three semi-solid-state lidars, six millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 13 cameras, with a high computing power of 400 Tops. It can better adapt to China’s complex road traffic scenes and achieve an intelligent driving experience in high-speed, urban, and parking scenarios.
Compared to the recently released Xiaopeng P7i with 508TOPS computing power, the difference between the two is not that significant. According to media reviews of this system’s comparative evaluation, the Avita 11’s intelligent driving system is a leader in the industry thanks to its strong software, hardware, and system capabilities, including self-developed lidars, millimeter-wave radars, computing platforms, software algorithms, and system integration.
Furthermore, the Avita 11’s high-speed NCA (National Charging Alliance) has covered 280 cities nationwide, covering nearly 300,000 kilometers of high-speed and structured urban roads.
